Graduate Programs Offered
Our flagship Mental Health Counseling programs provide students the very best practical and theoretical exposure. Students have the opportunity to focus their studies in several areas of preference including but not limited to the options listed under School of Psychology & Counseling Certificates. Contact the School's academic advisor to learn more about the available options.
Most of our academic programs prepare students for licensure or other professional credentials, which are becoming increasingly necessary for many counseling careers. Our programs also support related careers that do not require licensure by augmenting degrees with specific concentrations.
Students in the Mental Health Counseling degree and in the School Adjustment and Mental health Counseling degree may elect a concentration. Click the concentrations link above to see which concentrations are offered at your location.
The School of Psychology & Counseling strives to cover both the academic requirements and the supervised clinical practice hours required by the State and professional associations that govern professional credentialing. There may be additional post-graduate requirements such as exams and further clinical experience. Please note that state regulations are subject to change which may require Cambridge College to modify programs accordingly. Program chairs are available to help students understand changes; however, students are responsible for insuring that their program of study complies with all requirements for licensure /certification.
