CyberSummer Academy 2023
Cambridge College’s CyberSummer Academy Program is designed to provide high school students with unique exposure to the cybersecurity industry and professionals while introducing them to key concepts and practical skills involved in pursuing a college degree and career in cyber Students will have the chance to work through real-world scenarios in a hands-on experience, including access to one-of-a-kind virtual Cyber Range with real-world simulations of cyber-attacks!
Students that complete the program will have the opportunity to earn preferential admission and receive credit toward their degree completion at Cambridge College!

Applicant Profile
High school students in grades 9 to 12 can apply. No prior knowledge of cybersecurity or computer science is required. However, a personal interest in technology and cybersecurity is plus. You'll need a recommendation from a school administrator, for example, your guidance counselor, teacher, or a senior administrator at your school.
Program Requirements
- Program will be a combination of face-to-face and online instruction
- Commitment to attend all lessons – no unexcused absences
- Students will be asked to travel by chartered bus to visit a cybersecurity company
- Up to 20 hours of overall participation anticipated (15 hrs. classwork & 5 hrs. homework)

*CC CyberSummer Academy Fellowship Stipend is provided to enrich the student experience in the program and provide important feedback in making improvements to the College’s cybersecurity programs. 100% attendance and participation in the virtual classroom is required to receive the full Fellowship Stipend.
